David worked many years as a senior executive, including in the life insurance side of the industry. He loved coaching and developing executives and eventually he went off and opened Mach 10 Career & Leadership Coaching. David is an ICF certified coach,  trained in Gestalt coaching methods. He works with organizations and individuals directly, offering leadership coaching, career development, outplacement services, Emotional Intelligence assessments.
