Prior to joining HVAC Investigators, Reza held a Vice President position at ICA, LP (Brown and Brown Insurance) for 9 years, where he directed independent adjusting services for the insurance industry. Before joining ICA, LP, Reza spent 4 years supporting National Catastrophe Operations at Travelers Insurance and began his career working for State Farm Insurance.
