In this episode, I had a pleasant conversation with Charles Specht of Permission Group. Charles fell into insurance and loved the production side of the business. After committing himself to the ministry, Charles created Permission Group to teach aspiring agents and brokers how to ethically grow a $1 million book of business by getting permission and by getting the Broker of Record (BoR) Letter. According to Charles, nothing says permission or trust than by a customer signing the BoR and few things allow a book to grow as quickly!
