Turtlemint Announces IPO Plans with ₹883 Crore Target

Turtlemint Fintech, an insurtech company, is set to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise ₹883 crore. The IPO will include a fresh issue of shares valued at ₹660.72 crore, along with an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 1.46 crore equity shares totaling ₹221.94 crore. The offer price is set between ₹144 to ₹152 per share.
