Mapfre, a global insurance group, has agreed to acquire a 38.9% stake in Tuio, a digital insurance distributor specializing in advanced technology and artificial intelligence. According to the press release, Mapfre plans to obtain this stake by purchasing shares from existing shareholders and participating in a capital increase.
