## Wipro to Increase Stake in Aggne Global to 80%

Wipro IT Services plans to acquire an additional 20% stake in the U.S.-based insurtech company Aggne Global. This transaction, valued at $28.5 million, will bring Wipro's total ownership in Aggne Global to 80%.
