Wopta Secures €5 Million to Expand Insurance Platform

Wopta Assicurazioni, an Italian InsurTech company, has raised €5 million in new funding. This latest round brings the total capital secured by the company since 2022 to over €20 million and values Wopta at more than €100 million. According to Startup Business Italy, the funding was supported by Make Your Credit and involves a combination of structured finance and equity. Wopta plans to use the capital to shift its focus from early growth to scaling its operations.
