Zurich Insurance has implemented Cytora's agentic AI-powered risk digitization platform in five countries within a 90-day period. According to the company, this initiative allows Zurich to automate the conversion of unstructured and multi-language submissions into structured and decision-ready risks that adhere to its global underwriting standards. This deployment is set to expand to over 20 markets within the next 16 months. Zurich describes the move as part of its effort to establish a fully integrated, end-to-end underwriting model with Cytora functioning as the upstream, headless intelligence layer.
