Dr. Graham Spriggs

I have built my career in the insurance industry, starting as a trainee and moving into broking, leadership, and learning and development. This journey has equipped me with both practical expertise and a deep understanding of how to support the development of professionals within the insurance sector. I have worked in the UK and Dubai, and I am now in Singapore. I have also become a Singaporean citizen. While in the UK, I became an FCII and completed an MBA with the Open University. During my time in Dubai, I earned a Doctorate in Business Administration. I am currently TDI's Curriculum and Assessments Director, where I apply my industry knowledge to design and deliver relevant and practical educational programmes. I am particularly interested in simplifying complex concepts and helping learners apply knowledge in a meaningful, results-oriented manner. I deliver high-quality, thoughtful work that supports capability-building aligned to business and personal performance.
