I am an insurance and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading underwriting analytics, catastrophe risk management, enterprise SaaS delivery, and strategic transformation initiatives across the insurance, reinsurance, and InsurTech sectors. My career has focused on helping insurers, MGAs, and insurance technology organizations improve underwriting profitability, pricing adequacy, portfolio management, and operational efficiency through analytics-driven decision making, workflow modernization, and enterprise technology integration. I currently serve as President & CEO of Insight Analytics, where I lead an insurance analytics and underwriting technology organization focused on real-time underwriting insights, catastrophe risk analytics, cloud-enabled integrations, and enterprise customer transformation initiatives. Throughout my career, I have built and led geographically distributed teams spanning analytics, engineering, underwriting, product management, and professional services while partnering closely with executive leadership, boards, and strategic stakeholders. Previously, I held senior leadership roles at AIG, including Vice President of Catastrophe Risk Management & Analytics and Vice President of Catastrophe Underwriting, where I advised executive management and ERM leadership on catastrophe exposure management, reinsurance strategy, underwriting governance, profitability optimization, and enterprise analytics across global portfolios exceeding $1B in premium.
