With extensive experience in claims management, Fionna previously led the claims team at Gen Re South Africa and served as Senior Global Claims Manager on the Gen Re Global Claims Team, where she spearheaded quality assurance initiatives and technology-driven projects to improve claims processes worldwide. Fionna brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to insurance technology, combining her background in Occupational Therapy with legal expertise gained through her law degree from the University of South Africa. Her career has been defined by innovation in claims handling, operational excellence, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance both efficiency and the human experience in claims management.
