As founding CTO of Fieldglass, he built the vendor management platform that Fortune 500s run on today, taking it from zero to a $1B acquisition by SAP. At Catalytic, he co-founded a pioneer in intelligent RPA, acquired by PagerDuty. Sean started Isomer because he’d seen the same pattern twice before: expert professionals buried in manual work that purpose-built infrastructure could solve. Insurance had the same problem in a regulated, high-stakes environment — and agentic AI made it possible to build something that couldn’t have existed five years ago.
