Do you know where your money is going?
Happy Friday.
Ready to hop into this weekβs Get Ready Update? Letβs go!
β Week #16 Action Item: Create A Cash Flow Statement
π This week, create or update your cash flow statement.
π Knowing where your money is going will help guide you towards any changes that can be made.
π Be judgement free on your cash flow. Itβs okay if youβve made spending choices that need to adjusted. Whatβs important is what you do going forward.
π And, if you want to spend money on getting coffee out every day, thatβs okay, as long as you make other adjustments
βοΈ Pro-tip:
π Budgets are a subject of much debate as to whether they are truly important to a sound financial plan. There are many websites and books that are dedicated strictly to budgeting, and budgeting is even part of most financial planning software. Ultimately, using (and sticking to) a budget is up to you. Whether or not you choose to use a budget, itβs important to review your cash flow at least once a year.
π Habit of the week:
π Review the details of your income and expenses.
