One big insight that I took away from this recording was Jason’s belief that successful startups need to be really good at, and remembered for one BIG thing. Too many startups are trying to solve too many problems, too quickly. Their potential customers can’t pin down that one thing they are really good at, thus, aren’t known for solving any problem. Jason is a serial entrepreneur with senior experience at some big-time startups such as Shazam. He definitely brings an interesting perspective to how insurtech should solve insurance-related problems.
