Profiles in Risk – E82: Extreme Agency Makeover with Kelly Donahue-Piro of Agency Performance Partners

This episode was almost too much fun. Tony and I discuss all things agency with Kelly Donahue-Piro, President of Agency Performance Partners. Kelly discusses the things that great agencies do (and why poor performing agencies are poor performing). As Kelly mentions, great agencies strive for excellence. They hold everyone accountable and they execute their vision for excellence in every aspect of the business from recruiting and hiring to training to performance management. We had a great discussion about personal lines agencies and Kelly’s thoughts were that the decline of the personal lines agent has more to do with poor execution than poor economics.

We had a lot of fun in this episode and be sure to look out for future broadcast between Agency Performance Partners and Insurance Nerds in the near future!
