  1. It is OK to consider a single employer for your working life. Change for the sake of change is not necessary. The key is your recognition that it is your life’s work, you love what you do and you are treated fairly and with respect by your employer. If you ask others who spent their entire careers at one company, I bet you will find that those three conditions were met every time. Be loyal to yourself and if your employer shows loyalty to you, that is something worth sticking with.
