2017 Update: We now have published a book about Millennials in Insurance. Click here.
According to recent numbers that Pete Miller, President of the Institutes has been sharing, there are 2.3 million people working in property casualty insurance in the US today, 1 million of them (43%!) will retire in the next 10 years. This is a demographic crisis that must be solved.
I’ve been passionately involved in this issue for the past 3 years. Here’s everything I’ve learned during extensive research in that time about why and how to retain Millennials in the Insurance Industry. The presentation is close to an hour but it has received rave reviews each time I’ve given it. Watch at your leisure.

Comments and questions are welcome! Let’s keep the conversation going.
