This last one has popped up more frequently.  Because of proposed [legislation at both the state](https://www.whiteandwilliams.com/resources-alerts-NJ-Legislature-May-Force-Insurers-To-Pay-COVID-19-Claims-Despite-Exclusion.html) and [federal level](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/chrischeatham_covidcoverage-insurance-activity-6646431523253870594-9kmX). We’ve seen similar instances relating to weather-related catastrophic events.  But should it have happened then?  Should it happen now?
