How can it not be? We deal with people when the worst has happened to them.  And we’re there to help them. That’s a lot of pressure. > We need a way to deal with and relieve that stress. So let’s talk about a couple of things we can do at the desk level to help.  But we also have to look to Claims leadership to help as well.
